Maintenance measures for FRP slide

1. Before the daily opening, the slide should be inspected to see if the slide has exposed sharp edges, sharp corners, burrs, water leakage and other phenomena.

2. Whether the water treatment equipment is operating normally to ensure the supply of lubricating water for the slide and water falling into the sink.

3. Regularly check and tighten the connecting parts.

4. The load-bearing components should be inspected regularly to see if the structure has cracks and bending deformation. Timely replacement is essential.

5. Water slides should be covered with plastic cloth or coarse cloth during non-use period to prevent the slide from aging, discoloring, cracking, etc. caused by ultraviolet radiation. The cracked slide section should be replaced (or repaired) in a timely manner, and the slide interface should be dealt with in a timely manner when the slide interface is not flat, inverted bosses or cracks.

6. The surface paint layer of metal components should be inspected for any peeling or discoloration during non-use period. If there is peeling, we need to repaint it.

7. Regularly organize safety inspection and maintenance, and find whether there is stagnant water, sand, gravel, scale, etc. on the surface of the slide , and it should be cleaned and polished with cotton cloth or sandpaper in time.
