Sim Leisure Far East Co,. ltd. is responsible for the planning and design of supporting water park and the construction of theme packaging with equipment manufactured by Daxin Amusement. Equipment includes Rafting Slide, Tube Spiral Slide, Tube Freefall slide, Children Water Playground, and Three-level Water Diving Platform. The signing of this project signify that the official entry into the Bahrain market for both Sim Leisure and Daxin Amusement, which will also become a seminal case for Sim Leisure and Daxin in Bahrain water park market.

The Dubai branch of Sim Leisure Group recently signed the theme packaging design and construction of Qetaifan Island North in Qatar, which is located on Qetaifan Island. The island covers an area of 130 hectares with approximately 830,000 square meters of island projects. The water park covers an area of about 129,000 square meters. The island has a wide range of amusement and recreational facilities, including 21 types of water park equipment with various levels of excitement, exciting entertainment attractions , diverse waterfront, unique neighborhoods, private beaches, luxury hotels, pedestrian streets, living gardens and so on. Sim Leisure Group was awarded the majority of the landscaping package for the project, and the construction of this project will become another pinnacle of Qatar's tourism, leisure and entertainment industry.
